Why?
A personality test reveals important aspects of the character and personal profile of the respondent. This material provides a deep understanding of users or other stakeholders that are linked to the problem space (e.g. ‘why do they behave as they do?’).
How?
Students ask users or other stakeholders, connected to the problem space, to take a personality test (i.e. a standardized questionnaire designed to investigate personality traits). This test can either be found, ready-made, online or developed by students themselves.
Tips…
Students take a personality test themselves and discuss it with their groupmembers in order to evaluate their different competences, and how they can use these to complement each other throughout the learning process.
